Teranoid is an alias of Japanese BEMANI and hardcore trance artist Kosuke Saito, most widely known as Kors K. Under this alias, he produces music in the nu style gabba genre.
Although both Teranoid and Kors K are the same person, they are treated like two separate people, e.g. an alter ego.
Teranoid does not perform his sets live. Often his music is played by DJ TEKKA, with MC Natsack alongside him.
Teranoid's works have been featured in Konami's beatmania IIDX game series, and most of the success is a result of the inclusion of gigadelic in beatmania IIDX 11 - IIDX RED in late 2004. The work is often accompanied by MC Natsack's MCing.
In early 2006, tripping contact, a collaboration with Kors K, was included on beatmania IIDX 13 - DistorteD. It was also accompanied by a remix of said song by MC Natsack.
Teranoid also participated in the production of J-pop group AAA's remix album REMIX ATTACK by giving a nu-style gabba twist to AAA's eurobeat song VIRGIN F, which was released on March 23, 2006.
Teranoid has released five albums: teranoid underground edition and in late 2005, teranoid overground edition in March of 2006. Both of these albums contain his original works, remixes of Bemani songs, and long versions of Bemani songs. A third album was released by Teranoid in late August of 2006, going by the name of Teranoid Overground 1.04 has a remix of Teranoid's original work gigadelic by DJ Chucky. December 27th, 2006 brought the release of teranoid overground edition/Koja Yukino and teranoid anthems live@underground in January 2007.
February of 2007 was also a busy month for Teranoid&MC Natsack as they finished Ana(teranoid & MC Natsack REMIX) for J-pop singer Lia's second remix album, enigmatic LIA 2, whch was released on February 16, 2007, and Gabba-Bond/teranoid & MC Natsack REMIX for the trance and happy hardcore album HEAVENS WiRE×COSMO NOVA presents HOBiTRANCE, which was released on February 23, 2007.
