Just the facts ma'am

I disagree that my reference to the aphorism is culturally obscure in the English-speaking world, and state that it is a cute but succinct and helpful illustration that lead articles should be brief and relevant. I respectfully request you revert the deletion, or at least leave it open for further comment. Kransky (talk) 05:09, 24 December 2007 (UTC)

I'd prefer to stick to Misplaced Pages:Bold, revert, discuss (BRD), but if you want to restore it please do so with my blessing. (BRD is merely a consensus-making strategy, not a policy of any sort). --Tony Sidaway 05:27, 24 December 2007 (UTC)
