Hello there Zapatero, welcome to Misplaced Pages! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. ZP on ZP?
It is a little strange to have a user called Zapatero whose only purpose so far is to edit the article on José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero. You should (possibly humorously) dispel any doubts that you might actually be ZP or closely associated to him, in which case there might be some issues with Misplaced Pages's policy. — Miguel 18:26, 2005 Mar 18 (UTC)
Thanks for your welcome Miguel!!! Don't worry about the name. I am always very neutral. ZP is not me.
It is good form to sign your contributions to talk pages. You can do so automatically by typing ~~~ or ~~~~ if you want a timestamp. The ~ can be inserted by clicking on the list of special characters under the edit box, incase your keyboard does not have it. — Miguel 10:58, 2005 Mar 31 (UTC)
Thank you. You are too polite. Zapatero 14:41, 5 Apr 2005 (UTC) (from User talk:Zapatero, --SqueakBox 18:42, May 5, 2005 (UTC))

Thank you again for your welcome but I am the old user Zapatero. I read that thing about not using famous names in the log in page, which I had overlooked when I registered for the first time. As I see you are a Misplaced Pages expert, do you think I should asked that username to be remove? Thank you. Zapatancas 13:55, 21 Apr 2005 (UTC)
Your edits
Why are you persistently vandalising my user page? Why are you reverting the hard work I have done at Zapatero? Why are you falsely accusing me of vandalism at the Pump? It strikes me you would rather follow the path of non-cooperation rather than engage in the hard work of dealing with any content dispute on the talk page. you should edit the material I have edited rather than just reverting back to your version, even when it has a clean up notice (foreign policy) and when I had actually cleaned up the article before redirecting it. Vandalism, edit warring and making false claims are not a substitute for hard work, --SqueakBox 16:20, May 10, 2005 (UTC)
Your repeat vandalisms
You are certainly being reported for your inexcusable rudeness in vandalkising my user page yet again. Withdraw your lieas about me being SquealingPig, that was you in Madrid, or face the inevitable consequences of your lying, cheating and vandalising. You don't get any more second chances with me, --SqueakBox 14:43, May 11, 2005 (UTC)
- Vandalism of user pages (such as and ) is a blockable offense, and is probably not the best way to go about dealing with a dispute. If you disagree with another editor, and genuinely want your voice heard, the most effective way to do it is to discuss it with other editors. Attacking them and vandalizing user pages will just get you blocked from editing. – ClockworkSoul 15:31, 11 May 2005 (UTC)
Starting over
I haven't actually looked at the Zapatero article yet, and may not for a bit as I am busy and Solana gets my priority in the time I do have at Misplaced Pages, but I am very happy that everything is now back in one article, and therefore easy to keep a track on. I will justify any edits I make on the talk page. The best thing is for us both to keep a calm approach and debate the issues in a serious manner. While I like Zapatero I pride myself on doing my best to make NPOV articles (follow the link and read what wikipedia says on this subject if you haven't already done so) on all the politicians I write about (Central America too). We all find Misplaced Pages frustrating at times, but a calm, sticking strictly to the rules approach is the best way to get taken seriously round here. So let's try starting again. Que le vaya bien (as they say here), --SqueakBox 17:22, May 13, 2005 (UTC)
