Your request to be unblocked has been granted for the following reason(s):
Request handled by: Yamla (talk) 23:15, 20 February 2008 (UTC) |
- Please wait, contacting the blocking admin. --Yamla (talk) 21:31, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
- The autoblock has been lifted. There are some serious concerns of sockpuppetry with that other account but you have a history of productive contributions and so we take you at your word that you are unrelated to that one. --Yamla (talk) 23:15, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
Could you do me the courtesy of telling me what is going on? One minute, I'm blocked. The next minute the block is lifted. I do a few edits and the next thing I know I'm blocked again. Please give me some idea of what is going on. I have contributed meaningfully and without incident to this site and suddenly I'm a pawn in some sort of game being played by the administration and another user. Please give me some idea of what is going on. Is this standard operating procedure? Thank you for your time. LaSylphide (talk) 06:54, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
I clicked on the 209. in the box above. That is not me. LaSylphide (talk) 07:00, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
Hello? Is anybody there? Can you give me information about what is going on? Have I done something wrong? Why am I being punished? Please lift the block on my account. How can I continue editing Andersen's fairy tales with a block on my account? What have I done wrong? I don't understand? Could you tell me? Hello? Is anybody there? I've repasted the template below. Maybe the first one isn't working. Hello? Thank you.LaSylphide (talk) 08:21, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

Hello? Could you please explain why I am blocked? I've been editing Andersen's fairy tales for several days and now I can't for some reason. I uploaded a lot of beautiful pictures from the first illustratiosn and created an article about the illustrator Vilhelm Pedersen. Did I do something wrong? Maybe I've been "formatting" them wrong. Maybe I spelled something wrong. I know the rules are very strict here. My hands are arthritic and sometimes I hit the wrong keys addirentally. Could you explain why I am blocked? I'd like to continue and I'd like explain the situation to my grandchildren. They enjoy reading my little write-ups about Andersen's fairy tales. My grand daughter is taking a fairy tale course in college. Thank you, LaSylphide (talk) 08:46, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

PLEASE OPEN MY WIFE'S ACCOUNT SO SHE CAN CONTINUE WRITING ABOUT ANDERSEN'S FAIRY TALES. OUR GRANDKIDS LIKE READING THE ARTICLES. THEY CALL THEIR GRANDMOTHER A "PUBLISHED AUTHOR". HEHEH. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! LaSylphide (talk) 08:46, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
- I am afraid I have blocked your account as well (for now, just for a month - I am being lenient) for disruption using a sockpuppet account Overjoyed (talk · contribs). I am looking forward to some believable explanation of the situation. Sincerely, Mike Rosoft (talk) 09:17, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

Overjoyed is not me. Maybe it's someone else in my building. This computer is in a community room at a senior citizens apartment building. A lot of people use it and I know some of them write for Misplaced Pages because they talk about it. What you're practicing here is discrimination against the elderly and any senior person who wants to edit at Misplaced Pages is going to be banned. LaSylphide (talk) 13:21, 21 February 2008 (UTC) PLEASE OPEN MY WIFE'S ACCOUNT. SHE IS VERY UPSET AND SO IS MY GRANDDAUGHTER. MY WIFE HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG. ALL SHE DOES IS WRITE ABOUT ANDERSEN'S FAIRY TALES. YOU'VE CAUSED A LOT OF GRIEF. LaSylphide (talk) 13:21, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
