Sourcing?

How does one go about sourcing a conversation I had with the guys running the very first Supernatural RPG games? Web Warlock 12:37, 28 September 2007 (UTC)

It's probably going to be pretty hard to do that. See the No Original Research policy. There has to be a way to verify it in an Neutral Point of View manner, for conversations (other than published interviews) this is very hard to do. --Wynler | Talk 17:14, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
Yet the information in the conversation is no less valid. I might be months before the same information comes out in a verifible form; ie when the game comes out. So keep that in mind when working on this article, the information needed does exsist, it is just not on the web yet. Web Warlock 17:27, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
Yup. It's one of the aggravating things, having to wait to put down somethings. For the most part, It's not going to bother me adding/editing some things but you might have problems with some of the other editors. (Since I can IM some guys at MWP, I can check information, but even this isn't verfication by WP standards.) If you do have something like a letter or an email, I know there are channels to have it accepted as a reference. But I'm not sure what those are. --Wynler | Talk 21:25, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
Ah fun stuff. OF COurse I see the problem with this too. So the guy that ran all of MWP games at GenCon lives near me. I can call him and say "put this in an email to me" then use that email as my "proof". I think I'll just wait till some other sources pick it up. So for notability and research, yeah it is coming and it is there, just not in "print" yet. Web Warlock 02:41, 29 September 2007 (UTC)
