I believe Miss Kingsbury would say that an apostrophe forms the posessive, not the plural of a word.Dhodges 05:45, 3 Sep 2004 (UTC)

composite

What does the word "composite" mean in this sense (bottom of the lead)? It's linking to a website that seems to have absolutely nothing to do with this subject. Spangineer 20:25, Apr 19, 2005 (UTC)

1. comprehensive school, composite school -- (a large British or Canadian secondary school for children of all abilities). Incidentally, thanks for pointing this out. I’ll have to check the other Ottawa schools to see if they point to the same link. --Dhodges 23:37, 19 Apr 2005 (UTC)
