The Misplaced Pages arbitration committee has been set up by Jimbo Wales to assist in resolving disputes between users. See wikipedia:conflict resolution

The way in which this committee will work is not yet fully decided and is currently being discussed, including on the Misplaced Pages mailing lists.

The Cunctator and Erik Moeller were "drafted", the other members volunteered. It is planned that future arbitrators will be elected.
