Keeley Rebecca Hazell (born on 18 September 1986) is an English Page 3 Girl and glamour model

Personal life

Early life

Hazell was born in Lewisham, London, England, grew up in Grove Park, and attended the Ravensbourne School in Bromley. Her mother, Amber, is a dinner lady and her father, Roy, is a window fitter; they separated when she was thirteen. She has an older sister, Roxanne, and a younger sister, Georgia.

As a teenager, Hazell was a frequent truant and stayed out late on school nights drinking. She confesses to having only taken five GCSE examinations due to being ejected from several of them; however, she did very well in mathematics and English.

Adult life

Hazell currently lives in an apartment in and around the east London area.

In January 2006, Hazell made headlines when Chelsea F.C. football player Joe Cole was beaten up at a party held at her parents house. She spoke to The Sun in March, denying rumours surrounding the incident.

Career

Modelling

At sixteen years of age, Hazell left school and begun working at a local hairdresser's. It was there that her colleagues persuaded her to try her luck at modelling, Hazell then seventeen decided to give modelling a chance and paid to have professional pictures taken- little was she to know these pictures would be a starting point for so many more fantastic things to come; she sent them off to The Daily Star and was entered into a competition which she later won. (she later quit hairdressing) . Only seventeen and not legally allowed to topless model she decided to go onto college where she studied fashion, something she had always wanted to do. She was there barely three months when her friend told her about the Page 3 Idol competition running in The Sun. After some hard thought about what she wanted to do with her career she decided to give it a go and sent some snapshots off. .In December 2004 Keeley won the competition, bagging several exciting prizes; her biggest and best was her first, international shoot with Alan Strutt. Here she was shipped away to Tobago for one week of sea, sun and sand, and from it came the pictures which set tongues wagging; here was something special.

Since then Keeley has skyrocketed from a rebellious teenager to being crowned one of the World's Sexiest Women by FHM. Her career is globally covering the whole spectrum from brands to magazines to tabloids and broadsheets hence she is the face of Sony’s Playstation 3 Edition, Formula One 06 and has most recently lead the advertising campaign for Lynx Dark Temptation deodorant. She has graced the covers both nationally and internationally of Arena, FHM, Maxim, Loaded, ZOO and Nuts (to name but a few) as well as drawing the attention of British broadsheets such as The Sunday Independent who have featured several articles on the beauty, as well as a cover on their ‘Sunday Review’ magazine. She is a keen environmentalist and has been recognised by the British Conservative Leader David Cameron as a huge Environmental Icon. The demand on ‘Keeley Mania’ is so strong in 2007 she released two calendars, both of which were the fastest selling calendars of the year. Most recently she is progressing in to singing and presenting with her first music video ‘Voyeur’ being set to release for download in May 2008 and the online technology programme which she co-presents ByteMeTv (www.bytemetv.com) attracting a huge fan base. It is becoming clear the phenomenal Keeley is now more than just a competition winner as she proceeds to make herself a recognisable household name.

Hazell was once offered a chance to appear in Playboy, but declined because she was not comfortable doing a full nude shoot.

Other media appearances

Hazell had a small role in the full-length version of Cashback, playing "Naked Girl." She is currently in talks with producers to be in the upcoming Baywatch movie.

Environmental work

Hazell was hailed by the Conservative Party in December 2006 as an "environmental hero" for her campaigns in The Sun, giving environmental tips such as turning lights off during sex and using digital cameras. She was named alongside the likes of David Attenborough, Prince Charles and Arnold Schwarzenegger in the Tories' list.
