Howdy pardner! Got a reference for this: "Unable to fly on a commercial airline, Givenchy arranged to have Bunny Melon send her private jet (filled with flowers) to take Hepburn from California to Switzerland."

Any style, and there are at least a dozen, is acceptable if it includes author, title, publisher, date, and page. The only caveat is that for each article the style should be consistent, which, on the AH article is not.
