They are best known for the writing, filming, acting, and editing of skits and music videos. As of July 2, 2008, they have over 415,000 subscribers on YouTube, making them the most subscribed to on YouTube.
"Pokémon Theme" is Smosh's most famous video. In June 2007, the video was removed due to a copyright claim by Shogakukan. The video received almost 25,000,000 views before its removal. The Pokémon Theme can still be found on their website, Smosh.com. They have different series, some of which are called "Smosh Shorts," "Boxman," and "Food Battle."
Their first video was the Power Rangers theme. In it, they pull their pants down and slowly give each other oral sex. It disturbed numerous children across America, thus resulting in the PAA (Parents Association of America) filing a complaint. They were arrested and sent to prison for two years for violating YouTube terms and showing pornography. In jail, they continued to disturb inmates and America by sodomizing innocent guards and jailcats.
Their "Smosh Short 2: Stranded" video won the 2006 YouTube Award for Best Comedy.
