Lakeshore Records is the independent music division of Lakeshore Entertainment. Lakeshore Entertainment has produced such films as Underworld, Million Dollar Baby, The Exorcism of Emily Rose, Underworld: Evolution, and Crank.

Lakeshore Records has released soundtracks to such films as Napoleon Dynamite, Little Miss Sunshine, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Superbad, Nacho Libre, Resident Evil: Extinction, Underworld and Underworld: Evolution, Wicker Park and The Lake House (film) to name a few.

Lakeshore Records has an extensive library of film score releases from acclaimed and award winning composers such as Graeme Revell, Mark Isham, Rolfe Kent, Gustavo Santoalalla, James Horner, Philip Glass, Antonio Pinto, Mark Mothersbaugh, John Powell, Marco Beltrami, Mark Mancina, Christopher Young, Jeff Danna and Rachel Portman.

Artists who began their careers on Lakeshore Records, or one of our associated imprints include the alternative darlings Grandaddy. In Addition, we have released albums by Meat Beat Manifesto, Kevin Devine (Miracle of 86), AK 1200, Bob Forrest, Thelonious Monster, Candiria and James Wilsey (of Chris Isaak's band, Silvertone; responsible for the hauntingly romantic 1989 hit song, Wicked Game.
