Variko (Βαρικό) is a community in the Florina Prefecture, Greece. Population 698 (2001). The current president (known in the west as "mayor") is Parzinas Athanasios. Its main products are beans, corn, and wheat. The notoriety of its beans is so great that there is an annual bean festival on August 15th, coinciding with the holiday honoring the Virgin Mary.

The South Slavic name of the village was "Mokreni" (Мокрени), Greek: Μόκρενη.
