Can you please stop to create empty pages which only contain the link to the esperanto wikipedia? At least you should fill them with a quick stub, like the ones I fixed already, e.g. Solihull, it's just one minute more work then creating a useless page. Otherwise those empty pages will probably be deleted in a future housekeeping, and then the link is lost.
