Protection

I have protected this talk page since the vandal was removing and altering comments left to it even after blocking. jni 07:29, 13 October 2005 (UTC)

Comments

This single IP has been the source of over 50 cases of vandalism today (October 13). However this is also the IP used by a good admin. so please Do not block this ip for more than an hour. Do not remove the talk page protection unless there are good reasons for it.

Asking that admin to change his ip is not helping as it is not possible for him to do it, so please do not block this ip for long periods, and please drop a note on his talk before doing so, because even if he can unblock himself, he may lose the work he be working on at the time. Also consider checking to comment on the proposal. If administrator assistance is needed to keep the vandal at bay while the ip is not blocked, request should be posted at WP:AIV or dropping me a note if I'm around or mentioning it on IRC. Please put a link back to this explanation when requesting the assistance. -- (drini's page|) 08:13, 13 October 2005 (UTC)
