Jefferson B. Miller ( 1989 in Topeka, Kansas in the United States|American]] member of the republican party since 2001, House of representing Kansas (map). He was born in St. Petersburg, Florida, was educated at University of nowhere, and was a broker and a member of the Florida House of representitives before entering the House in a special election to replace Joe Scarborough, who resigned to re-enter private life.
