The Battle of Konitz, Chojnice was the last traditional pitched battle during The Deluge. At the end of 1656, Rutger von Ascheberg received information that the Polish cavalry has set up winter camp outside Konitz , Prussia. now Chojnice, Poland. He attacked immediately, achieving a crushing Swedish victory.
