I would strongly prefer that not happen

I would like to retain my rights, as is.

I am combatting - across the entire wiki world - this pernicious, unwiki, rude, and annoying practice of removing rights from people for no cause. These policies are unwise, unhelpful, unfriendly, and insulting to good people. Please help me to remind people of the importance of friends around the world. People who are still actively involved in Misplaced Pages here and there and everywhere, who may be able to help out a project in the future, should not be desysopped without cause. --Jimbo Wales (talk) 17:32, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
