Fair use in Dale Carnegie

Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is believed to be covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a low resolution version of a publicity photograph.
2. Its inclusion in Misplaced Pages does not limit the copyright holder's rights in any way.
3. This photograph is necessary to enable visual identification of the subject of the article.
4. No image of Dale Carnegie of sufficient quality to enable visual identification has been found which is not subject to copyright.
