Thomas Wayne Jenkins (born December 14, 1947) is an American golfer.

Jenkins was born in Houston, Texas. He attended the University of Houston, where he was a member of the winning 1970 NCAA Division I golf team. He graduated in 1971 and turned professional. His only PGA Tour victory was the 1975 IVB-Philadelphia Golf Classic. With seven wins in his eleven years on the Champions Tour and more than $12 million in prize money, Jenkins currently in the top-10 on the all time money list for the Champions Tour.

Prior to joining the Champions Tour Jenkins was the lead instructor at Dave Pelz's short game schools, for several years.
