No. No it does not matter whether he said it first. And Misplaced Pages is not fair. You are required to be civil. Is that clear? Isnt he also required to be civil and not personally attack me as he did? Also thank you for giving me the tip on how to do that reference thing easier, and if I seemed to disrespect you that was not my attentio-(offering hand out to shake).
