An essentially worthless degree issued for a significant fee for simply having experience in anything.

However, there is no standard for the degree, it is simply issued upon payment, and the life experience is based on the word of the applicant.

These degrees are often used to fool employers into believing an applicant has the qualifications for a job when they do not.
