Francesca Gregorini (born Countess Francesca McKnight Donatella Romana Gregorini di Savingniano di Romagnia in 1968) is a singer and songwriter. She is the daughter of Barbara Bach and businessman Augusto Gregorini, and stepdaughter of Ringo Starr. Until 2004, she was engaged to actress Portia de Rossi.
