Duloxetine hydrochloride (brand name is Cymbalta) is a medically used drug targeting major depressive disorders, stress urinary incontinence, and ADHD. Chemically, it is known as a dual serotonin (5-HT) norepinephrine (NE) uptake inhibitor, part of the thiophenepropanamine family.
