Mirtazapine has a typical structure to NaSSAs

Noradrenergic and specific serotonergic antidepressants (NaSSAs) are a class of psychoactive drugs which antagonize various adrenergic and serotonin receptors and are used as antidepressants. The only NaSSAs currently used clinically are setiptiline, mianserin and mirtazapine.
