ircd-ratbox is an IRC daemon primarily used on EFnet.

The twin IRC services package ratbox-services comes with compatibility code in ircd-ratbox.

ratbox started in 2002 as a fork of IRCD-Hybrid version 7-rc1.

ircd-ratbox is free software, licensed under the GNU General Public License.
