Stephen "The Rifleman" Flemmi is an Irish American mobster.
Flemmi was a hitman for James "Whitey" Bulger the South Boston, Massachusetts crime boss and killed dozens of people.
He is currently serving time in prison for murder. However, he still owns businesses with his friend Jimmy Flynn.
