A Course in miracles or ACIM is a channeling received by an American woman Helen Schucman working in New York City that has been written down in a book.

The channeling teaches that the world is an illusion and the need for atonement with God. This is repeated in many different ways in the book. The reader is supposed to realize this deeply by reading and practicing the message of the book over and over.
