By definition cannot be work by someone dead for more than 100 years as license claims; a few years too recent to be automatically PD-US by age; no evidence of being PD for any other reason offered. • Just noticed that this was raised at Misplaced Pages:Possibly unfree files/2009 May 12 and then subsequently deleted on 26 May 2009 was re-uploaded by the original uploader a few days later. • no EXIF information, looks like a promotional image. It doesn't look self made. Uploader has uploaded a few more images similar to this one (machines made by this particular company) that are also likely not self made, and could qualify for deletion. Deadstar (talk) 14:02, 17 November 2009 (UTC)

• This image is licensed as self-created with copyright owned by "I (Uhm Min Jung) created this work entirely by myself.", but the user uploaded another self-created image with the description "I (Dana Ramosia) created this work entirely by myself." This doesn't need to be deleted, just change the tag and the info, cause it's already stated by the uploader that they aren't the owner. Colleen16 (talk) 21:07, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
