Rodolfo Valentin is a famous New York City hairdresser.

Born June 22, 1944 in Buenos Aires, Argentina he is one of the most creative contemporary hair stylists. His works include the hair infusion, a technique to add length, color and volume to the existing hair. The hairstyles created by Rodolfo Valentin relied on light, straight, and shiny hair.

In 1984, Rodolfo immigrated to Long Island, New York where he opened an upper class beauty salon and started to become famous through magazine ads and television shows.

During the 2000s Rodolfo’s fame expanded as he opened his second salon in the fashionable Madison Avenue in New York. The press named him as the New York society hair stylist.

Despite remaining an upscale hairdresser who caters to the rich and famous, Rodolfo offers free hair wigs to cancer patients through his Sofia’s hair for health organization.
