- Keep This image does not affect the AP's ability to sell the larger image, which, in hindsight, was not appropriate for wikipedia and was deleted (by me). This is a small, low resolution image that still captures MA at the conference that sparked the controversy. The article in question is the one that specifically discusses this politician's views as expressed at the conference depicted in the image, which is why I believe fair use is appropriate. -- Avi (talk) 16:06, 17 December 2009 (UTC)

- Delete - I see that this could be adequately replaced with text alone as stated by Nableezy. If you walk through the Getty images/Associated press pricing structure you will find that they do tend to sell images of this resolution for editorial use.
