I am a Wikipedian. I signed up to it's core values. Consensus makes sense to me (though I do feel WP:AGF needs some work on it, along with a number of other key policies and guidelines). I need the framework of policy to justify spending my time here. Anarchy is not for me. I reserve my Human Right to stand by the values I signed up to. I do take abuse of consensus badly. I have the patience and the work ethic to work on consensus, and do not at all respect the many editors and admin who happily say "oh fuck it", and contact their mates when they don't get what they want. I spent a lot of time and work on CDA but it's not viable. Decent admin being put through a real nightmare would be the 'rule', not the 'exception'. The reason for my change of mind on the matter is the way admin themselves behave. Bureaucrats would not want to see all the lies and hate from them (prejudicing all of Misplaced Pages), and they are just too hard to bring under the canvassing rules (which are too weak with CDA anyway).
There are other much better forms of Admin Recall to pursue, and the best time would be; if we decide we still need it after Admin are given fixed terms at improved RfA's. The end to 'jobs for life' can't be too far off now. Some form of Admin Review should come first too.
