Colonel is a reploid from the game series Mega Man X4 and is mentioned in the ending scene of Megaman Xtreme 2. He commands the Repliforce, an army that supposedly fights Mavericks. Colonel takes orders from General, the Repliforce leader. Colonel can also be seen in the game Megaman Battle Network 5 Team of Colonel as a navi that forms a team the stop Nebula. He is from Netopia.
