He commands the Repliforce, an army that supposedly fights Mavericks. Colonel takes orders from General, the Repliforce leader. Colonel can also be seen in the game Megaman Battle Network 5 Team of Colonel as a navi that forms a team the stop Nebula. He is from Netopia.
