Tasty Pepperidge Farms Brussel Cookies

Brussels cookies are a Pepperidge Farms cookie product, with a mint and mini variety. They have a somewhat crunchy cookie body with a thin layer of chocolate or mint and chocolate depending on the style. They often come in variety packs of pepperidge farm cookies. I do not know who came up with the name brussels, because it makes me think of the sprouts.
