Bishop Hill is a blog operated by Andrew Montford, a British climate-change sceptic and author of The Hockey Stick Illusion (2010).
In February 2010, Philip Campbell, the editor-in-chief of Nature, resigned from the Independent Climate Change Email Review—hours after the panel was launched to review the emails at the centre of the Climatic Research Unit email controversy—after Bishop Hill and Channel 4 News publicised an interview Campbell had given in 2009 to China Radio International, in which he said there was no evidence of a coverup. The interview was first posted on the Bishop Hill blog. Channel 4 News reported: "The interview, posted on the Bishop Hill blog, run by climate sceptic Andrew Montford, will come as an embarrassment to the enquiry's chair Sir Muir Russell".
