Welcome and thank you for experimenting with Misplaced Pages. Your test on the page Bubblegum pop worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment further, please use the sandbox instead. Thank you. Ridernyc (talk) 05:01, 4 February 2010 (UTC)

Please refrain from making test edits in Misplaced Pages pages, such as those you made to Up to Date, even if you intend to fix them later. Such edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Ridernyc (talk) 05:02, 4 February 2010 (UTC)

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Misplaced Pages, as you did at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory, you will be blocked from editing. Ridernyc (talk) 05:13, 4 February 2010 (UTC)

I'm not vandalizing. Sorry.
When making such major edits you should discuss them on the talk page first. You are also making some minor changes to well established articles totally ignoring years of consensus. To you it's just adding a person to a cast list, to others it's a manual of style that took years to develop. Ridernyc (talk) 05:17, 4 February 2010 (UTC)
"Years of consensus?" Please. It's as if the entire history of Jesuit Cross Country is due to one runner. He's probably the author. It should be deleted or reduced.

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits, such as those you made to Bubblegum pop. If you vandalize Misplaced Pages again, you will be blocked from editing. Ridernyc (talk) 05:17, 5 February 2010 (UTC)

Please don't toss around the vandalism label carelessly. I went to the discussion page.

This is the only warning you will receive for your disruptive edits. If you vandalize Misplaced Pages again, as you did to Bubblegum pop, you will be blocked from editing. I have warned you repeatedly, you are now editing citations trying to claim they are POV. Please stop, talk about and try to understand the edits you make before you make them. Ridernyc (talk) 05:21, 5 February 2010 (UTC)

I understand all my edits. These articles are so painfully inaccurate that it would be a major undertaking to correct them. Typical. Another administrator on a power trip. Oh well.
It's nothing to do with power trips. Misplaced Pages articles are based on reliable, verifiable published sources. You may have a different opinion to those sources and think the Partridge Family were not part of the genre, but the claim stands. Please work within Misplaced Pages policies or leave the articles alone. Grimhim (talk) 05:41, 5 February 2010 (UTC)
The vast majority of these articles are based on nothing resembling "reliable, verifiable published sources". That is why no respectable academic, or other professional, will accept them as a source. And yes, it has a lot to do with abuse of authority. Not to worry; I won't edit any more articles on media, pop culture oe music. There are too many administrators who mistakenly believe that they are knowledgeable and simply reverse legitimate edits because they have the capability to do so. I will go on to other areas.
I would recommend caution. Your attitude is not the right one for working on Misplaced Pages. 03:19, 6 February 2010 (UTC)
I know. Accuracy doesn't seem to be highly valued, but there are many errors and inaccuracies that need to be corrected in order to improve the articles.

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits. The next time you disrupt Misplaced Pages, as you did to Stock market, you will be blocked from editing. Ridernyc (talk) 23:18, 6 February 2010 (UTC)

Would you please offer some basis for claiming that the edit was disruptive?
As you have offered no response, my edits are not disruptive. Thanks!

Chin Ho Kelly/Hawaii Five-O

The full name of this character on the show is Chin Ho Kelly. It is said in several episodes, even in a preview trailer that CBS has put out for the revival/reboot of the show this fall. His last name even appears elsewhere in the article! It may only say "Chin Ho" in the opening credits, but his name is prominently mentioned in several episodes. Please examine the facts before reverting my edit again. If a source needs to be cited, fine, I'll find one. Nicholasm79 (talk) 03:07, 4 June 2010 (UTC)

Welcome to Misplaced Pages. I have noticed that some of your recent genre changes, such as the one you made to Alanis Morissette, have conflicted with our neutral point of view and verifiability policies. While we invite all users to contribute constructively to Misplaced Pages, we urge all editors to provide reliable sources for edits made. When others disagree, we recommend that you to seek consensus for certain edits. Thank you.  -- WikHead (talk) 03:25, 4 June 2010 (UTC)

Please refrain from changing music genres, as you did to Everyday Is a Winding Road, without providing a source and without establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Continued genre changes to suit your own point of view may result in a block. Thank you.  -- WikHead (talk) 03:27, 4 June 2010 (UTC)

OK, I posted on discussion.

This is the final warning that you will receive regarding continued genre changing without discussion or sources. If you choose to continue,as you did at If It Makes You Happy, you may be blocked from editing without further notice.  -- WikHead (talk) 21:02, 5 June 2010 (UTC)

I put my comment on the article's discussion page. What more do you want? Try checking.
You "put comments" yes, but you did not participate in any discussion.  -- WikHead (talk) 23:36, 5 June 2010 (UTC)
My comments are the beginning of a discussion. I can't force others to participate.

This is the only warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits. If you vandalize Misplaced Pages again, as you did to Hawaii Five-O, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Nicholasm79 (talk) 03:49, 9 June 2010 (UTC)

Not vandalism. Don't lie.

Welcome to Misplaced Pages. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, we would like to remind you not to attack other editors, as you did on User talk:Hblackhawks. Please comment on the contributions and not the contributors. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. You are welcome to rephrase your comment as a civil criticism of the article. Thank you. Nicholasm79 (talk) 04:35, 9 June 2010 (UTC)

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for repeated abuse of editing privileges. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first.
