Paolo Benigno "Bam" A. Aquino IV (born May 8, 1977) is the current chairperson of the National Youth Commission of the Philippines, and an ANC host. He became the youngest person in Philippine history to head a government agency when he was appointed at age 26 to become Chairman of the National Youth Commission.

The son of Paul Aquino, brother of the late former Senator Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino, Jr., he is also the cousin of President-elect of the Philippines Noynoy Aquino.

As a host, Aquino was featured in youth-oriented shows on Studio 23’s “Y-Speak” and “Breakfast” then later on in ANC’s entrepreneurship show “Start-Up”. He has also starred as Ninoy Aquino in the August 2009 docu-film "The Last Journey of Ninoy", which chronicled the last few days of his uncle.
