term length
In reading some of the biogs I have got confused. What is the term length for this office, and has it changed over time ? Please add that info to this article. John5Russell3Finley (talk) 13:07, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
- I'm working on all of the governor articles in turn. I'll get to Ohio eventually. Don't worry. --Golbez (talk) 15:24, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
This is the Ohio Rev Code Effective 10 March 1978 (valid as of this day when I found it on Ohio Gov website): Please add it, or maybe I will make a big mess of it. CHAPTER 107: GOVERNOR 107.01 Election - term. The governor shall be elected quadrennially, jointly with the lieutenant governor, and shall hold his office for a term of four years. The term of office of the governor shall commence on the second Monday of January next after his election. John5Russell3Finley (talk) 20:13, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
'no chance of me being able to cut and paste this term length stuff in without making a mess of it, I don't understand some of the formatting, E.g. how to do a color change to blue (the colon after Ohio was blue when I moved the sentance containing the phrase list of governors of Ohio to the other end of the intro, and it would not change using any of the usual tricks. Clearly even if you don't add the info about term length you may find a happier reader if you move the phrase, may be ?? John5Russell3Finley (talk) 15:48, 28 March 2008 (UTC)

I thought the Strickalnd line was a disjunction, of 2007 to present. Where the blank represented the word present. Is there something else going on? §hep • ¡Talk to me! 20:38, 14 June 2008 (UTC)
