Do you remember you having me arrange that insurance fraud when you were strapped for cash for VitaPro on Feb 26th, 1994? How you had your fraudulent partner, Rubin Fogel, of Fogel Sabrourin Productions give us 2 fake video invoices to try and boost the amount over $100 k for the insurance rip-off? How Fogel went back for his own fraudulent Small Business Loan after he helped found your ‘empire’ with fake invoices for yours for Vitapro as I arrived and during? By the way, while I forged one of those $10 k cheques as instructed by you, your brother Neil Floyd forged the other so I spread the joy a bit. So, you perpetrated insurance fraud, had your partner as full accomplice, and had your brother forge a $10 k insurance cheque…and paid me $1 k as “a bonus” on Sept 9th, 1994…feel happy? I would have done it for free, baby! And Rubin the boys are going to find out whether you have that big a dick, as Barry described at the gym, as you think you do, in the showers, for insurance fraud, SBL fraud, tax evasion, and quite a few counts of conspiracy. Gary, I’m serious about the steak that you ate at Morin Heights on Yankel’s SBL fraudulent scheme, and the teeth that were paid by it to eat fixed with the Dentist Gold of Westmount, coz Master Sound Astoria will recall how it was you who conspired with Barry picking up that worthless audio-track to fabricate a fake $56 k invoice, put together by me in the basement of 5 Redpath, for Barry to fraudulently SBL thru his bribed banker Denis Faubert. $56 k goes a long way when you want to eat steak and reminisce over old times and try and say you have a voice worth listening to: I’m going to bust your smile clean out of your cross-eyed face! And I’m going to do it like this: after the Angels in the prison you’re going to be in in Quebec find out that you help fund the dude who fed them dog-food in the form Vitapro they’re going to love your smile. So get your feed of steak until then. And Denis Faubert: you’ll be the sexist bribed banker in orange in the whole State of Texas. I’ll even dye your hair to match, again, on the house Denis. But it’s o.k.: as usual Denis, the taxpayer iz gonna pick-up the dime for that as well. When Barry and I fabricated that invoice to train your wife, on his pay-roll, to the tune of $16 k, and Barry couldn’t get the money fast enough, we all wrote out the cheque, on a YB Productions cheque, payable back to VitaPro for work never performed, and your line written thereon was “pas de frais”, ‘coz we wouldn’t want this fraudulent transaction incurring those pesky bank fees, and we couldn’t even wait for one of my cheques. (Like I don’t think anyone has ever seen a single “band-shot” clear a table like that!) So keep your hand in shape, especially after scribbling down all those instructions to Barry on how to adjust his fraudulent SBL projects and your notes on my sick-joke business plans that I was feed’n ya, ‘coz the doctor whose salary you were undermining will be explaining to you how much he gets honestly paid as he sets the bones in your crushed hand being part of the General Population. You were the dude that fraudulently funded Yank Barry with taxpayers’ money and tried to get him off in his Teaxs trial with a lie trying to obstruct justice! How does that “apology”, for that “mistake” feel to you now? Was the 15% cash you were splitting with Barry on every one of those bribed fraudulent SBL projects worth it, as your wife wrote out the fake restaurant receipts for Barry’s tax deductions on my instructions? And that’s how Lyndon catches fish, one hook down the gullet and into your stomach at a time as Barry’s fraudulent SBL client/worms went in! ..so keep the hand in shape! And Collins, well, cock-roaches run to their friends with that $3.2 k payment to Terrel don’t they. Thanks. You wouldn’t believe how happy you made Barry: he became a different man after he had you on the payroll with those bribes: he’d brag about it. Oh, and for the record, on Yank’s site he says that the first client, the Mexican Military. They never paid him, he had to pay the air to get it there harping about it endlessly, …and folks, when not even the Mexican Army wants it for free, it just went down- hill from there. …but you couldn’t see the walls in the basement of 1224 Mont Royal, Montreal because of the cigar smoke when that deal went down, the 2 Mexicans laughing thinking, not only does he give away his inventory, pays for the air freight, but he gives us cigars at the same time! And when the Mexicans don’t even want to give you back a free box of cigars for your sentiments, you know you have nothing to sell and have to bribe all the way! Oh, and the shit he couldn’t get a box of cigars for from the Mexicans, was the same stale VitaPro he bribed his way into Texas with one year later. But it’s ok there too, ‘coz he ripped Ontario Foods off for that order of that initial shipment of VitaPro by saying there were holes in its bags, threatened to sue them “they’re just posturing”, so he got it for free WITH a $25 k manufacturing credit! Talk about a shipment going far…no cigars and straight into a US prison. Your defence team is going to advise you to put some padding on your court-room table this time Yank, ‘coz I’m really going to take my time talking about you and you’ll be pounding your head against it screaming “Stop the fucking pain!” I remember EVERYTHING and EVERYTHING is supported with the other evidence!
