You should have provide a source for the quote and the translation. However, using David Satter as a source would put your edits right at the center of the dispute in the WP:EEML and WP:ARBRB arbitration cases. (See for example the section titled "The Russian Apartment Bombings" in the David Satter article.) It would therefore be against the sanctions imposed on you in the later case, see Biophys topic banned.
If you wanted to edit this article, you should approach the subject from a different perspective, using different sources. Most likely those sources would also give you a different point-of-view. -- Petri Krohn (talk) 18:23, 25 August 2010 (UTC)
BS. Topic bans have nothing to do with what Biophys (or, for that matter, anybody else) may read. Topic bans concern Misplaced Pages editing. As about translation, it may be taken from different sources or even translated by a wikipedian. If you want to provide an alternative translation, pleased do. The quote has nothing to do with Soviet Union, quite obviously.Biophys (talk) 18:50, 25 August 2010 (UTC)
