Paul J. Henderson is currently the headmaster of Eltham College, a leading British public school in London, having taken over from Malcolm Green in September 2000. Beforehand he was Deputy Headmaster of St Albans School also a public school in Hertfordshire.
Since his arrival, he has continued the school's programme of building and development including a major redevelopment of the Junior School and Music School. He has also maintained the school's excellent accademic record, with at least 15 people being awarded conditional offers at Oxbridge this year.
