The Natio Hungarica or Natio Hungarorum was a term for the people of the medieval Kingdom of Hungary irrespective of their ethnic background,
The Hungarian Kingdom was a feudal state ruled by Hungarian nobility and inhabited by subjects of heterogenous ethno-linguistic composition. This is the normal case for any European feudal state of the Middle Ages.
