I'm not sure if this is really worth mentioning, but Jr. Pac-Man also featured anti-aliased text rather than using the default built-in text font that most video games used at the time. --Birdhombre 19:21, 14 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Tim

Why was the note on the orange ghost being renamed Tim removed? That was his name. The orange ghost in Pac-Man is Clyde, and in Ms. Pac-Man it's Sue; in this game, it's Tim. And what's this about "alien ghosts"? Yum-yum is Blinky's daughter, with a bow on her head. Birdhombre 17:34, 15 Jun 2005 (UTC) I don't know enough about this game to say what's up with the "alien ghost" stuff in this article, but I did remember the orange/brown ghost being named Tim (it's in the intro; the game names off all the ghosts). Sooo.. I put the 'Tim' note back in. Hopefully nobody removes it. :P -Locke Cole 12:32, 15 October 2005 (UTC)

"Clyde", "Sue" and "Tim" were all reportedly the names of programmers. It seems the English name of the fourth ghost was kept reserved for inhouse representation. I personally always thought Yum Yum was wearing a beanie cap like Jr., but being female would make more sense since they run off together in love. Eric B 19:43, 9 January 2006 (UTC)

Requested move

All the other Pac-Man articles include a hyphen, so Jr. Pac-Man should as well. However, a page already exists under that name (a copy 'n' paste which I reverted), but most of the history for this article can be found at "Jr. Pac Man" (without the hyphen).

Discussion

Please note that once the page is moved to Jr. Pac-Man, the screenshot image will need to be renamed with a hyphen as well, in order to work with the {{PAGENAME}}.png template. --Birdhombre 03:01, 29 December 2005 (UTC)
Couldn't you just change ] to ] ? --Qviri 05:33, 29 December 2005 (UTC)
Good point. I guess I was just thinking for consistency's sake we could leave the info box template as is. Either would work. --Birdhombre 12:57, 29 December 2005 (UTC)
