She has played the character Cecilia on the television show 7th Heaven since 2002. She also has an album due for release in July 2004, Autobiography, and is the subject of a reality show on MTV called The Ashlee Simpson Show, which debuted on June 16, 2004. Her first single is "Pieces of Me".
