Polythene was the first full-length album by the British Rock/Pop band Feeder. It was in 1997 (and subsequently re-released on October 28, 1997) on the Echo label. A third Enhanced CD version featuring the video to single High was also released, but is relatively rare.

The album at first charted at #65 in late May 1997, until then the re-issued version made #90.

It was Metal Hammer magazines #1 album of 1997.
