Restrictions for Neptunekh

Users in a number of locations are asking me to ban/block you. If you remember, last time we had this discussion you agreed to have User:The Blade of the Northern Lights as a mentor. But you don't talk to him or ask his opinion before you make edits. You just order him - and other project members - to clean up the mess you make.

This is your last chance. Abide by the two restrictions I have imposed below, and you can continue to edit. Don't, and I will block you indefinitely.

  • You are banned from creating categories. This means that you must not create any categories. If you think there should be a category for something, you must discuss it with myself or Blade of the Northern Lights, but you may not create any categories yourself.
  • You are topic banned from creating articles in mainspace. You can start writing articles here User:Neptunekh2/sandbox (click on the link to start), but you may not move them to mainspace. You must discuss them with myself or Blade.

You can still edit articles, and put articles into existing categories, but you must not create new categories, or start new articles in mainspace. Do you understand this - please post below to confirm that you do.--Elen of the Roads (talk) 11:28, 28 July 2011 (UTC)
