provides very little navigation, and the article which it navigates should probably be deleted. 198.102.153.2 (talk) 15:47, 12 August 2011 (UTC)

Completely redundant to {{Adolf Hitler}}. Sir Armbrust Contribs 07:46, 3 August 2011 (UTC)
- Very good cross-references. Better under the title 'Hitler, Adolf.' Must-keep.VNCCC (talk) 18:10, 4 August 2011 (UTC)
- Comment Side bar templates don't entirely replace navigation templates, as the side ones are usually on the top right side, and box navigation templates are at the bottom. What guidelines govern side nav templates usage? Maybe one is redundant to the other. hbdragon88 (talk) 01:25, 5 August 2011 (UTC)
- There are no hard and fast rules for sidebars, but nor should they be created lightly when a navbox covering a similar area already exists. In this case, the only difference between the two seems to be that the sidebar has rather less editorial discretion (for instance, it links to World War II: what article is it going to be transcluded on which doesn't mention World War II prominently in the wikitext?). We really don't need that sort of duplication. Chris Cunningham (user:thumperward) - talk 10:51, 5 August 2011 (UTC)

- Delete. Redundant to current template. Neutrality 02:55, 14 August 2011 (UTC)
- Delete. It is completely redundant and, unlike {{Adolf Hitler}}, it is far too tall to display on a conventional monitor without scrolling. ~ Ningauble (talk) 12:47, 14 August 2011 (UTC)

The result of the discussion was delete. In light of the article covering the soundtrack of this movie, there is little reason to have a separate template for the soundtrack. RyanGerbil10(Mac Miller stole my style! 06:03, 10 September 2011 (UTC)

I nominated this for deletion back in February, and the reasoning remains the same: the title of this template is incorrect, as these are a few of the songs that appear on the soundtrack, not a template listing multiple soundtracks; furthermore, there is already an article for the soundtrack, which goes into detail about all of the songs and music used in the film. This template offers no new information, and is not useful for navigation and research. The creator has made no attempt to edit or improve the template since the February discussion, despite his protestations that it could be fixed. - Keep and rename - There is a value to such a template, but this is misnamed (should probably be Template:O Brother, Where Art Thou? soundtrack) and underdeveloped. I'll see what I can do about improving it shortly; please consider alternate names and what might be best. cmadler (talk) 19:33, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
- Delete: Might be incomplete or incorrect. A\/\93r-(0la 19:51, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
- Comment - I've just expanded it and fixed the name; please consider in light of these changes (and if there are other changes you feel are necessary, please let me know). Thanks, cmadler (talk) 20:10, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
- I've also added it to articles about applicable songs. Not sure about putting it on articles about the musicians though. cmadler (talk) 20:19, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
- Delete - too unrelated. It doesn't appear on all the listed articles so it sends you down dead-ends, nor should it be included on them. Links from the main article suffice. violet/riga 23:16, 4 August 2011 (UTC)

- delete, most of these songs are covers, so the association between them is weaker than if they were being performed by one artist. Frietjes (talk) 16:18, 7 September 2011 (UTC)
