It is the nation's first fraternity founded under the ideal of multicultural membership. The Eighteen Founding Fathers established Psi Sigma Phi as a service oriented multicultural organization. Multiculturalism is not indicative of the physical composition of an organization on a chapter or national level; it is a state of mind-a philosophy that embraces any and all aspects of cultural identity with unconditional respect and equality. This fraternity only opens its arms to those who will continue this ideology. Its small size has allowed the cultivation of brotherhood to an unparalleled level. Brothers remain truly united for life and alumni are just as present and active as any undergraduate member. Although the exact demographics of the fraternity are difficult to gauge, brothers represent ALL backgrounds, religions, cultures, and creeds.
