The use of this single cover in the articles Wild Dances, is believed to be fair use, for the following reasons:

1. This reproduction of the single cover is of inferior resolution and quality than the original, and could not be used as an adequate replacement for the original.
2. The image is used only to represent the single in question and no free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information.
3. The image is freely available from many other sources on the internet and its inclusion here does not to make it substantially more accessible than it already is.
4. The use of the image here does not limit the copyright holder's ability to distribute, sell or promote the single in any way.
5. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the single artwork on another CD.

This image is of a cover of an audio recording, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the work or the artist(s) which produced the recording or cover artwork in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of such covers solely to illustrate the audio recording in question, on the English-language Misplaced Pages, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under the copyright law of the United States.
