Big Boi has been featured on other artists' tracks without his OutKast parter, Andre 3000, in the past, most notably the Missy Elliott hit, "All N My Grill", and Trick Daddy's 2002 single, "In Da Wind". However, OutKast's 2003 double album, Speakerboxxx/The Love Below is the duo's first attempt at making completely separate, solo albums. Big Boi's half of the album is entitled Speakerboxxx. Its first single, "The Way You Move", has been widely successful on urban radio.
